Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from our team.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required before dispatch.
• Late payments beyond the agreed credit period will attract interest at 18% per annum.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons, with a full refund of any advance paid.

Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
• Risk in goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
• Customers must inspect goods on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
• The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, incorrectly supplied, or damaged in transit and reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-cut or specially ordered materials are non-returnable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
• Warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
• For warranty claims, contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect with full details and photographs.

Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, business, or reputation.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
