Dealers will receive products at approved dealer pricing. They must follow company pricing guidelines and avoid unauthorized discounts. Payments must be completed within the agreed credit period. Delays in payment may result in supply interruptions or penalties.
Dealers are encouraged to actively promote the brand through local advertising, social media, and physical displays. The use of official branding materials such as banners, boards, and brochures is recommended to maintain a consistent brand image.
All orders must be placed through authorized communication channels. Delivery timelines depend on product availability and logistics. The company will ensure timely dispatch, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Dealers must sell only genuine Chetak Roofing products. Proper handling and storage must be ensured to maintain product quality. Warranty claims will be processed according to company policies and may be rejected in case of misuse or improper handling.
